The Senior Product Designer will play a critical role in shaping the design strategy and execution for Service Collection’s data experiences including data acquisition and management. You will help our customers ensure they (and their AI) are leveraging clean, current and correct data to power their teams' workflows and businesses processes. As a part of this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across timezones to identify and fill product gaps, improve end-to-end cross product experiences, and ensure Atlassian’s competitive positioning in the market with our larger enterprise customers.

In This Role, You Will

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers from across the business to create user-centric designs that align with Atlassian’s strategic goals.
• Bring to life new ideas and experiences to influence what should be, and help shape our future roadmaps.
• Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality and cohesive user experiences.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
• Develop and maintain prototypes and patterns that enhance the scalability and consistency of experiences.
• Engage with enterprise customers and sales teams to gather insights and feedback to inform design improvements.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Several (5+yrs) years of professional product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design
• Proficiency in Figma including working with tokens, variables, prototypes and animation
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate visions, design concepts and decisions
• Ability to design, conduct and apply user research and testing to inform design decisions
• Proficiency with AI tooling and prototyping (e.g. v0, Loveable, Bolt, Cursor)
