Senior ProcessExecutive-CDM/PV

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive-CDM/PV with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Gross Payroll EBS-Payroll and Workday (HCM) Payroll along with a strong background in Finance & Accounting. This is a work-from-home position with a day shift schedule and no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process payroll operations accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in payroll processing.
• Utilize Gross Payroll EBS-Payroll and Workday (HCM) Payroll systems to manage payroll tasks.
• Collaborate with the Finance & Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
• Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Generate and analyze payroll reports for management review.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes.
• Support other HR and finance-related tasks as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in Gross Payroll EBS-Payroll and Workday (HCM) Payroll.
• Have a solid understanding of Finance & Accounting principles.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve payroll issues.
• Show proficiency in using payroll software and systems.
• Have good communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
• Experience in employee setup and payroll processing is a plus.
  
  

Certifications Required

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification preferred.
