Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - P&C with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and preferably domain experience in Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end processing of claims in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of claims to meet client expectations
  • Utilize MS Office tools to manage and document claim processes efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claim issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the achievement of team goals
  • Support the team in achieving overall business objectives and targets

Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Have experience in Auto
  • Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Show proficiency in managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Display effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be adaptable to working night shifts and in a remote work environment
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Possess a customer-centric approach and a positive attitude
  • Show willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Certifications Required

Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification preferred.
