Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans aligned with overall project goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with Project Heads and Project Coordinators to establish strategic objectives and work schedules.
- Quality and Accuracy
- Monitor work progress to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Conduct regular assessments to maintain accuracy in project deliverables.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain detailed documents for Resource Analysis (RA) Bills with accuracy and compliance.
- Generate and present daily progress reports to the Regional Head as required.
- Resource Management
- Manage, monitor, and maintain all construction site resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower.
- Optimize resource utilization and propose efficiency improvements.
- Issue Resolution
- Address and resolve local site issues to foster a healthy and peaceful working environment.
- Work with relevant authorities to handle government-related concerns efficiently.
- Property Management
- Oversee the management and maintenance of company properties and assets.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all construction activities comply with industry regulations and standards for STP, water supply, and drainage systems.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with Project Heads and Coordinators to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Register Maintenance
- Maintain registers for data collection and record-keeping to support project documentation.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practices in project planning and execution.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Additional Information
- 3-5 years of experience in construction project planning and execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, resource management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
