We have a suitable opportunity in the corporate division for the position of Sr Manager – Lateral Hiring. In this role, you will be responsible to lead the Lateral Hiring across divisions / functions for L’Oreal India. You should have 6-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience preferably in the Beauty/FMCG industry. The location of the job will be Mumbai – HO.

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping L’Oréal’s future by identifying and hiring the best talent across sales, marketing, and corporate roles. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, you’ll partner with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to build a strong pipeline of external talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing, Interviewing, and Hiring: Drive end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- Strategic Talent Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies to create a robust pipeline for key positions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with leaders to track hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Exceeding Benchmarks: Meet and surpass hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, diversity hiring, and satisfaction scores.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead projects to enhance recruitment processes and ensure compliance using tools like Avature.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Ensure data quality and compliance while driving efficient recruitment processes.
- Hold a degree and have 10+ years of talent acquisition experience in dynamic, fast-growing environments.
- Have a proven track record in sales & marketing recruitment, in corporate talent acquisition function or recruitment agencies.
- Are skilled in market talent mapping for top global and competitive companies.
- Excel in stakeholder management and building collaborative relationships.
- Are proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bring energy, passion, and a love for challenges to everything you do.
