Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase book sales.
- Manage and expand distributor and retail networks across India.
- Coordinate with sales teams for ground-level campaigns, book fairs, and school/college tie-ups.
- Drive sales targets through on-ground activation, partnerships, and outreach.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest actionable insights.
- Lead regional sales reps and ensure consistent field-level execution.
- Plan and oversee bookstore visibility, branding activities, and regional promotional events.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales & marketing in a publishing company.
- Strong network with schools, bookstores, distributors, and educational institutions.
- Excellent leadership and field management skills.
- Willing to travel extensively across regions.
- Hands-on experience with market activations, book fairs, and retail operations.
