The Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the transmission and gear sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industrial marketing, particularly in power transmission and gear systems, and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote transmission and gear products, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities.
• Brand Management: Enhance brand visibility and positioning through targeted campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Lead Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads through digital marketing, trade shows, and industry events.
• Content Development: Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, technical documents, and digital content.
• Digital Marketing: Manage online presence, including website content, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media engagement.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI on marketing activities.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
• 10–18 years of experience in B2B industrial marketing, with a focus on transmission and gear systems.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
