Opportunity

As the Senior Manager HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by strategically aligning human resources initiatives with our business objectives. Your primary focus will be on talent management, identifying and nurturing top talent, conducting risk assessments, implementing individual development plans (IDP), overseeing OKR (Objectives and Key Results) and PMS (Performance Management System) processes, leading talent reviews, managing assimilation, facilitating career planning, providing coaching, and driving change management initiatives.

What you’ll be working on?

  • Talent Connects: Develop and maintain strong relationships with leaders and employees across the organization. Act as a strategic advisor, fostering a positive employee experience, and ensuring effective communication channels.
  • Top Talent Identification and Risk Assessments: Identify high-potential employees, assess talent gaps, and develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with talent management.
  • Individual Development Plans (IDP) and Career Planning: Collaborate with employees and managers to create personalized IDPs, ensuring continuous learning and development. Facilitate career planning discussions and guide employees in achieving their professional goals.
  • OKR and PMS Implementation: Oversee the implementation of OKRs and PMS processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Provide guidance to managers and employees for setting meaningful objectives and tracking performance metrics.
  • Succession Planning and Talent Reviews: Lead talent review sessions, identify successors for key roles, and develop succession plans to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders within the organization.
  • Assimilation and Onboarding: Manage assimilation processes for new hires and support their seamless integration into the company culture. Collaborate with teams to enhance the onboarding experience for remote employees.
  • Coaching and Career Development: Provide coaching to employees and managers, fostering a culture of continuous feedback and growth. Support employees in their career development journeys, offering guidance and resources.
  • Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes. Develop communication plans and provide guidance to leaders and teams to navigate change effectively.

What we are looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+years of experience in HRBP roles, preferably in a remote or distributed workforce environment.
  • Proven expertise in talent management, career development, and change management strategies.
  • Strong understanding of OKR, PMS, and succession planning methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
