About The Role

Swiggy Dineout is in its early stages of building and winning the dining-out category. We're at the cusp of disruption and unlocking massive growth opportunities across cities and customer segments.We're looking for a Senior Manager – Growth to lead Storefronts, Events & CRM for Dineout. This role is for someone who understands what makes consumers tick in the digital world and can translate that into on-ground events, compelling storefront experiences, and high-performing CRM campaigns.You’ll be the engine behind our big-bang events (regional to national), drive visibility and conversions through storefronts, and own all CRM touchpoints to ensure the right nudges are sent to the right users at the right time.

What You’ll Own

  • Storefront Strategy
  • Lead the user and city-level storefronts within the Dineout app
  • Drive conversion improvements across different user cohorts (new, dormant, and repeat)
  • Work with design and product teams to make the storefront visually compelling and conversion-friendly
  • Events & Brand Experiences
  • Design and execute regional and national-level campaigns to drive category adoption and engagement
  • Own end-to-end GTM: from concept and planning to execution and post-campaign analysis
  • Collaborate closely with brand, creative, and growth marketing teams
  • CRM & Consumer Nudges
  • Build and execute CRM strategies across Push, WhatsApp, Emails, and other channels
  • Develop customer cohort-wise communication plans with a monthly CRM calendar Leverage tools like CleverTap, GupShup, etc. for timely, relevant, and high-performing nudges
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with stakeholders across Product, Tech, Design, Sales, and Brand
  • Be a strong influence to get things done in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Translate business objectives into actionables across teams

Preferred Experience

  • 5–6 years of experience in e-commerce, digital consumer brands, or fast-growing internet companies
  • Hands-on experience with merchandising, events, and CRM
  • A sharp eye for customer journeys and an obsession with user experience
  • Strong execution mindset – able to move fast from idea to outcome
  • Proven stakeholder management across functions
  • Experience with CRM tools (Moengage, CleverTap, GupShup, etc.)
  • Comfort with working in ambiguity and a growth-stage environment
  • SQL knowledge is a plus

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in managing storefronts/merchandising in e-commerce or Q-commerce
  • Worked on campaigns targeted to specific user cohorts
  • Independently launched regional and national growth campaigns
