We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic supply chain startup and play a critical role in establishing and optimizing financial processes. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial systems that ensure efficiency and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to support business growth.
- Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including P&L statements, cash flow forecasts, and balance sheets.
- Collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline cost controls.
- Provide strategic financial analysis to drive business decisions and growth opportunities.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts.
- Manage external audits and ensure compliance with tax Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
- 3-6 years of finance experience, ideally within the supply chain or startup environment.
- Proven experience conducting audits and implementing financial processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role.
- Will prefer someone with big four experience.
