Senior Manager

You are Responsible for

• Partner with Product / Business / Tech owners and Design & Operation Leaders in understanding long-term capabilities / initiatives that needs to be managed in-line with the Organisational strategic choices
• .Own and execute E2E (starting with solutioning till Go-live) one or more top level key strategic initiatives on need basis partnering with senior leadership tea
• mBesides managing and executing Strategic Programs, you will at times also need to drive the Strategy Setting & Review exercises like OKR Finalisation, Quarterly/Monthly OKR Review
