Job Responsibilities :

Gasification Design & Process Development

# Participate in the design and development of Gasification systems.

# Contribute to process design for efficient syngas production, ensuring optimal coal conversion and gasification efficiency.

Plant Design & Process Simulation

# Plant design and process simulation for syngas extraction and utilization.

# Use advanced modeling tools to optimize process flow, heat integration, and overall efficiency.

Syngas Production & Quality Control

# Monitor syngas production parameters and suggest measures to maintain composition, calorific value, and quality.

# Implement process controls to optimize syngas yield and reduce impurities.

Operational Monitoring & Troubleshooting

# Oversee realtime operational performance of wells and surface facilities.

# Identify process deviations, troubleshoot issues, and recommend corrective actions.

Plant Optimization & Efficiency Enhancement

# Analyze operational data to identify areas for efficiency improvement.

# Implement process optimizations to maximize gasification efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

Looking for suitable candidate with experience in Coal Gasification.

Education Requirement :

• BE/ B Tech in Chemical Engineering from reputed engineering institute
  
  
  

Experience Requirement :

• Minimum 15 years experience in Engineering Consultancy and/ or Operating company in Oil and Gas Industries of which minimum 5 years in Lead Position
• Experience in design of various process packages, pipeline network optimization study, compressor configuration study, utility systems, etc.
• Capable of preparing conceptual stage process documents like HMBs, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing calculations etc.
• Experience of review of various process documents like P&IDs, data sheets, C&E, Control Philosophy etc prepared by Engineering Consultant and Vendors.
• Experience in conducting and / or participating in various studies like HAZOP, HAZID, SIL etc
• Experience in commissioning assistance will be an added advantage.
  
  
  

Skills & Competencies :

• Conversant with simulation software such as Hysys, Pipesim, Flaresim etc.
• Should have good knowledge of applicable API, ASME, OISD Codes and Standards
• Should be a good team player with ownership mindset
