Description

Required Experience & Technical Stack :

  • Must be Masters and/or Bachelors graduate
  • Must be Technical Lead from last 2+ years
  • 7+ years of relevant mobile applications development experience using Android, iOS, Hybrid and React Native
  • Must have travel, logistics, ecommerce domains experience
  • This critical role is to cater travel, logistics and e-commerce spaces, where location and consolidated information are paramount to the business model.

What We Need From Candidate

  • API Integration : Developing and managing seamless integrations with diverse third-party APIs (e.g., Google Maps, Waze, logistics providers, travel booking engines) to aggregate real-time data.
  • Navigation & GPS Expertise : Handling the complexities of GPS on various devices, utilizing location-based APIs, and optimizing algorithms for proximity-based search and routing, similar to how apps like Uber or Google's Nearby search function.
  • Data Aggregation and Architecture : Designing robust and scalable backend systems to collect, process, cache, and transform large amounts of data efficiently, often using an "experience layer" to optimize client-side interactions.
  • Performance Optimization : Ensuring fast response times and a seamless user experience by optimizing data flow and minimizing the number of client-side requests.
  • System Design : Architecting platforms that can handle multiple vendors, service providers, or content sources under a single, cohesive user experience.

Technologies Capability To Have

  • Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js) and frontend technologies (e.g., React.js) for building user interfaces.
  • Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases for managing structured and scalable data storage.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure for deployment and managing scalable infrastructure.
  • Mapping APIs : Hands-on experience with Google Maps APIs and other location-based services.
  • Expertise in developing, managing, and securing APIs, potentially using tools like GraphQL for efficient data retrieval.
