At Meesho, we are building for Bharath. As the Seller Growth & Success team, we play a key role in Meesho’s objectives. We want to democratize e-commerce for all sellers by building a marketplace wherein literally anyone can succeed.

We work in collaboration with the Product, Business, and Fulfillment teams to drive strategic goals. You will also present findings and updates to the CEO and other senior leaders on a regular basis. Making an impact with data-backed innovative solutions is key to success in this role. You will work with multiple stakeholders and constantly brainstorm ways to improve processes to raise the bar of experiences for our users.
About The Role
As a Senior Associate in our team, you will play a key role in driving seller acquisitions within the Seller Growth Team. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns & on app activities, identifying new problem areas, and conducting experiments to determine the most effective strategies. You will own the execution, tracking, and performance of all the assets and experiments.

What You Will Do
- Drive Seller Acquisition: Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels to significantly grow the Meesho seller base.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the implementation and monitoring of digital campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, Programmatic Ads and more.
- On-App Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement on-platform activities and strategies to drive seller acquisition and engagement within the Meesho app.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously monitor key metrics and conduct quality checks to ensure optimal results across all channels and campaigns.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report the performance of various growth initiatives, campaigns, and experiments in a timely manner, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with growth, business, and product teams on a wide range of activities, from planning to execution, to achieve shared goals.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and innovations in seller acquisition and growth to continuously improve relevant metrics within the app.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to optimize the seller acquisition funnel and overall platform experience.
- A graduate degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in fast-paced environments such as startups or consumer internet companies, preferably in growth or category marketing roles.
- Proven experience in running and monitoring digital marketing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and Programmatic advertising platforms.
- Hands-on experience in implementing and utilizing Google Tags, Google Analytics, and Google Ads for performance management and tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with a high proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights is crucial.
