We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and drive visual storytelling across digital and print platforms. This role blends strategic thinking with executional excellence. You will be responsible for crafting high-impact designs that align with brand identity and marketing goals, ensure visual consistency and creative innovation at every touchpoint. This position requires strong intrinsic design ability, conceptualization skills, acute attention to detail, and web expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative concepting and design for website, digital campaigns, social media, and brand identity
• Translate complex ideas into compelling visual designs and UI that are on-brand and user-centric
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all channels and materials
• Create best in class layouts and visuals that support and reinforce business objectives and ensure that designs meet brand and business needs
• Ensure design requirements are met in adherence with project and brand guidelines
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and time management
• Partner with marketing, product, and UX teams to deliver high-impact visuals that drive engagement and conversion
• Present creative work to stakeholders and advocate for brand and design best practices
• Follow and apply graphic templates and style guides across all brands
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design innovations to bring fresh thinking to the team
  
  

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need to do:

• Bachelor’s degree or four ormore years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Provide an online portfolio link in the resume.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills across different media.
• Professional experience in graphic design, visual design, or art direction.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Ability to deal with ambiguity related to the tasks assigned to them.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multi - task and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand design systems.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
  
  

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience working in e-commerce, retain, or technology sectors.
• Experience with working on Mac OSX / iOS / Apple operating system.
• Candidate has relentlessly high standards.
• Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks.
• Ability to drive collaboration with peers, partners and stakeholders to ensure high quality, cohesive deliverables through the entire design process.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Possess an understanding of design for short format videos – layout, typography, colour and animation is a plus
• Familiarity with motion graphics and tools (After effects, Premiere Pro)
• Project or process improvement experience.
