Senior Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Do you want to join one of the fastest-growing Digital Agencies in India? Infino is looking for experienced GRAPHIC DESIGNER, who have working experience with latest versions of different Designer Software such as Corel Draw (above V. 12), Adobe Photoshop (Above V. 2016), Figma, MS OFFICE, etc. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion. The role involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Location: Cheema Chwnk, Ludhiana

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development:
• Create high-quality visual designs including logos, AD Designs, Animated Graphics, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website layouts.
• Develop and maintain the visual identity of the brand across various media.
• Project Management:
• Lead design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Creative Leadership:
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the team remains innovative and competitive.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to create cohesive designs that align with overall company strategies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Quality Assurance:
• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by the design team.
• Ensure all designs comply with brand standards and are of the highest quality.
• Technical Skills:
• Utilize advanced skills in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Figma etc.).
• Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms including print, web, and mobile.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design.
• Experience in a senior or lead designer role preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong creative vision and excellent visual design skills.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Experience with UI/UX design is a plus.
