Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. This role involves working closely with product, design, and backend teams while also mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of Flutter-based mobile apps for Android and iOS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Integrate APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
• Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve app stability.
  
  

Must Have’s

• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart (2-3+ years).
• 4-7 years overall in mobile app development.
• Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
• Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics).
• Experience with REST API integration, JSON handling, CI/CD pipelines.
• Published apps on Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
  
  

Good To Have

• Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) experience.
• Knowledge of GraphQL / WebSockets.
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Prior experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS apps.
• Contribution to open-source Flutter packages.
