Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in experience in IFRS, Indian GAAP, Ind AS and US GAAP reporting and various processes of accounts & finance.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions as per IFRS , IGAAP, INDAS
- Preparation of Standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Providing end-to-end finance and accounts solutions, handling Statutory and tax Audit of Companies
- Ensure timely closure of books on monthly basis and budget preparation.
- Provide audit support to the auditors, Coordinates with auditors and provides needed information ensuring audit is completed on time.
- Proven people management experience. Experience in management and working with remote teams is an advantage
- Results oriented and comfortable working in a deadline driven environment
- Proven analytical and decision-making skills
- Flexibility & proactivity
- Customer focused and proven experience of building, developing and sustaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in accounting software such as SAP or similar software would be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
