Your Role

As a Senior Executive in Learning & Development at Stayvista, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and delivering training programs for our on-ground staff, with a primary focus on housekeeping and service roles. Your role will ensure that team members are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to consistently deliver world-class guest experiences while upholding the highest standards of service and cleanliness across all our properties.

About You

  • Develop and deliver effective training modules for teams specializing in housekeeping, guest services, and villa management.
  • Collaborate with Villa Managers and Stay Experience Managers to identify skills gaps and design tailored training interventions for specific property needs.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through performance evaluations, participant feedback, and direct observation.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, guest service protocols, and villa management best practices.
  • Ability to train blue-collar and fresher workforce using simple, practical methods.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hospitality operations or training experience (hotels, resorts, homestays, or training institutes).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Learning & Development or a related field.
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs

  • Experience with On-Ground Training in Remote or Multi-Location Setups.
