Job Description
- Proficient in Tally Prime for managing and maintaining day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Handling GST returns, GST filing, and ensuring timely submission.
- Responsible for accurate TDS calculations, deductions, and timely payments.
- Preparation and analysis of Profit Loss accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Regular reconciliation of bank statements with company records.
- Identifying discrepancies and ensuring timely corrections.
- Preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
- Effectively communicating with clients via email for account queries, billing, and follow-ups.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in Tally Prime, GST filing, TDS, and advanced Excel.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation.
