Roles And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the PR to PO Conversion on daily basis
- Responsible for Bought Out Parts Receipts as per the Production Plan requirements
- Monitor the Supplier OTR
- No Loss of Plant OTD due to Material Shortages
- Identify the Risk and gap Analysis on Capacity for Categories
- Plan and develop alternate Source
- Monitor Quality of Components, feedback to Suppliers and follow for Improvements
- Periodic review for the Open PO
- Co ordinate with Quality / PMPS for the Product Improvement if any
- SAP Knowledge
- Machined Bought outs Purchase
- Alternate Source development
- Machined Bought Commercial finalization
