- Procurement Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for indirect materials and services, including requisition, sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with organizational objectives and operational needs.
- Supplier Relationship Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers, fostering long-term partnerships to enhance quality and service delivery.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service levels.
- Cost Optimization:
- Analyze procurement data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices in procurement processes.
- Develop and manage budgets for indirect procurement, ensuring adherence to financial targets and company policies.
- Contract Negotiation and Management:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and service levels, preparing contracts in compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitor contract performance and initiate renewals or modifications as necessary.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including project managers and engineering teams, to understand their procurement needs and timelines.
- Provide training and support to staff on procurement processes and tools.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring continuity of supply.
