As a Senior Engineer- Civil - CSD, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the design and development of civil engineering projects for airport infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Overseeing the planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction activities, including earthwork, pavement, and drainage systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate architectural and structural designs with civil engineering requirements.
- Conducting feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and drafters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Managing project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects without compromising on quality and safety.
- Participating in the procurement process by evaluating bids, selecting contractors, and monitoring construction progress to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborating with regulatory authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and permits for construction and development activities.
- Conducting regular site inspections and quality audits to monitor the progress and compliance of civil engineering projects.
Qualifications
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
