Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Editor – Fiction to lead the development of long-form serialized audio content. You’ll shape original series, mentor writers, and ensure our stories are engaging, authentic, and binge-worthy.

What You’ll Do

• Write/rewrite serialized audio fiction with strong plots, character arcs, and cliffhangers
• Guide external writers and run writers’ rooms to elevate story quality
• Ensure consistency, quality, and narrative depth across episodes
• Use data and audience insights to refine stories without losing creative integrity
• Collaborate with growth, editorial, and creative teams to scale content impact

What We’re Looking For

• 8–14 years of experience in fiction writing/editing (publishing, TV, OTT, films, or radio)
• Strong portfolio in long-form/serialized fiction (English)
• Experience with US audience content preferred
• Skilled across multiple genres (romance, fantasy, drama, sci-fi); exposure to LitRPG, progression, werewolf, etc. is a plus
• Strong editorial, leadership, and collaboration skills
