You will be critical to guiding, coaching, and overseeing a team of Talent Acquisition Partners globally. You will be dedicated to identifying, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates. Your team's mission is to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience hiring managers and candidates, from entry-level positions to management roles. This multifaceted role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Your impact as a Senior Director extends beyond recruitment – it shapes our future. About the Team: You will oversee a team of recruiters while reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition.
10+ years of talent acquisition experience in a global setting, with 5+ years managing managers and leading talent acquisition teams.
Experience In Global High-tech And Startup Environments Is Preferred.
A combination of Corporate and agency experience is helpful.
Experience creating talent acquisition-related strategies such as process improvement, strategic sourcing, and diversity initiatives. That ensures end-to-end initiatives that reduce and eliminate bias in the hiring process and lead efficiency and improved experience.
Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. While adjusting when necessary.
Collaborative leadership style and build followership across multiple departments, locations, organizational levels, and departments.
You will have a history of strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills. You can work with a variety of leaders and experts to build consensus around recruitment strategy. You will also have a history of consulting and analytical skills.
Ability to lead through high growth and rapid change. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top technology talent.
You have demonstrated the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

About the Team: You will oversee a team of recruiters while reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition.
- Lead a global team of TA Partners and TA Managers and act as the primary TA leader for our global Customer and Compliance Operations organization partnering with the executive team to develop an overall talent strategy to meet business objectives.
- Create and implement a sourcing strategy for the business to meet current talent acquisition needs and build a pipeline for future roles while utilizing the process, systems, and tools.
- You will build and develop a collaborative and Talent Acquisition team through coaching, mentorship, and training.
- Partner with the People and Culture Business Partners and Finance teams to lead alignment supporting the business objectives.
- Gather competitive data, industry trends, and labor market conditions and translate these into successful workforce planning and search strategies.
- Provide training and education to hiring managers and partners on recruiting, interviewing techniques and networking strategies, inspiring a solid partnership between hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
