Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with 5+ years of experience building scalable web apps using React JS, with deep expertise in React, Redux Toolkit, and strong analytical skills. Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plus. This is a product-focused role.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable web apps using React JS and Redux Toolkit.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on end-to-end features.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize apps for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Follow modern front-end architecture and ensure code quality through testing and reviews.
- Mentor junior developers on best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and drive innovation.
- Participate in architectural discussions and recommend improvements.
- 5+ years in front-end development with a focus on React JS.
- Demonstrated success in SaaS or enterprise product development.
- Expert in React (hooks, functional components, performance tuning)
- Advanced Redux Toolkit usage for state management .
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite) and testing (e.g., Jest, RTL)
- Familiar with REST APIs and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Able to work independently or within a team
- High attention to detail and code quality
