Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Design and build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and business performance.
- Apply statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and advanced analytics to support decision-making.
- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of data used for analysis.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define data requirements and metrics.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Proactively analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Continuously review problems to determine root causes and prevent future issues.
- Actively ensure the implementation of organizational culture, processes, and standards.
- We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Databases: SQL is mandatory, and rest would be an added advantage MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Relational databases
- Programming Language: Python is mandatory rest will be an added advantage JavaScript, Golang
- Cloud-based Infrastructure: AWS
