Job description: Purpose of the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CRM Leader to oversee and optimize our end-to-end sales process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer relationship management, sales operations, and Salesforce administration. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on expertise in CRM tools, and the ability to drive efficiency in sales processes.
Job Description- Lead and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee and optimize CRM strategies, ensuring effective tracking, reporting, and forecasting of sales activities.
- Leverage Salesforce to automate workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance sales productivity.
- Develop and implement CRM best practices to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a unified approach to customer relationship management.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and CRM usage guidelines.
- Train and mentor sales teams on CRM utilization and best practices.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end sales processes and CRM strategies.
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce, including administration, customization, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
