Senior Business Analyst - India - Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
• Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements, facilitate discussions, and encourage stakeholder engagement
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly
• Validate solutions and ensure they meet business requirements and high-quality standards
• Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and process flows
• Monitor project progress and assist in addressing any issues that arise during implementation
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a Business Analyst role with a focus on digital products and services
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Technical Skills: Proficient in gathering requirements and tools such as JIRA and Confluence; familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to quantify and analyze data effectively
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across diverse teams
• Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams in a remote setting
