We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure platform team. This role is located in Chennai.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Oversee the cloud resiliency backlog, taking ownership of the team’s Jira board and ensuring work is prioritised and delivered effectively.
• Manage first-line support requests from development teams, helping to triage and resolve platform-related issues.
• Coordinate closely with UK-based engineers to align on standards, tooling, and operational goals.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.
• Ensure that platform services are maintainable and support long-term operational health.
• Monitor system performance and lead incident response and root cause analysis.
• Mentor and grow a team of cloud engineers in India.
  
  

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Proven experience in cloud infrastructure leadership roles.
• 7-9 years of total work experience required
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and related technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Stong understanding and experience of Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across geographies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Commitment to secure-by-design principles and operational excellence.
