Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience specializing in AEM Frontend development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electronic Payments and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AEM Frontend components to ensure seamless integration with backend systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly interfaces for electronic payment solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise in AEM Frontend development to optimize performance and enhance user experience.
  • Oversee the implementation of best practices in coding testing and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AEM Frontend components and electronic payment systems.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on AEM Frontend development and electronic payment processes.
  • Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations in the electronic payments domain.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AEM Frontend components and electronic payment workflows.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AEM Frontend development and electronic payments.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in AEM Frontend development with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in electronic payment systems and related technologies.
  • Have a solid understanding of HTML CSS JavaScript and other frontend technologies.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Display a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Be familiar with agile development methodologies and practices.
  • Have experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Be committed to ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.
  • Have a passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
