Senior Android Developer - Java/Kotlin

Advantal Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Android Developer to join our team and play a key role in the development and maintenance of our Android applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Android SDK, Java/Kotlin, and experience with SIP/VoIP technologies. Experience with on-premises application development is highly Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Work with SIP/VoIP protocols and libraries to integrate real-time communication features into our applications.
• Develop and maintain on-premises applications, ensuring security and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Android technologies and trends.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Android development.
• Strong understanding of Android SDK, Java, and Kotlin.
• Experience with SIP/VoIP technologies (e.g., PJSIP, Linphone, WebRTC).
• Experience with on-premises application development, including server-side technologies and databases.
• Familiarity with Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
