Senior Analyst

Job Description

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee physical security operations, including access control and compliance with safety standards.
• Manage housekeeping and cafeteria services to ensure hygiene and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain Admin MIS reports for management review.
• Handle facility management activities, including space planning and vendor management.
• Ensure smooth functioning of SAP/Oracle ERP systems for admin-related processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely resolution of issues.
• Drive cost optimization and process improvements in admin and facility operations.
  
  

Required Experience:

• 3–4 years of core experience as an Admin & Facility Executive in a corporate or BPO/ITES setup.
• Hands-on experience in managing physical security, housekeeping, cafeteria, and facility operations.
• Familiarity with SAP/Oracle ERP systems for administrative tasks.
