This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. - Conduct purely academic research—your expertise will be directed toward solving complex, high-impact business challenges
- Execute tactical-level tasks that don't leverage your strategic vision and leadership capabilities

Basic Requirements
- Substantial experience in the AI sector, with demonstrated expertise in AI innovation leadership, strategic project direction, and high-performing team development
- Proven record of successfully leading and mentoring AI teams in fast-paced environments, delivering strategic initiatives that directly impact business performance
- Advanced practical expertise in generative AI technologies (beyond basic usage patterns—must include workflow automation, custom GPT development, and sophisticated implementation experience)
- Exceptional technical capabilities, particularly in Python, underpinned by comprehensive understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their strategic business applications
