Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for New Hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth and consistent onboarding experience for all new hires and hiring managers.
- Assist with Onboarding automation efforts for pre-boarding activities ensuring that all activities are completed as per the global timelines.
- Create an engaging environment, coordinate with IT for system requirements. Act as a point of contact to identify any challenges or delays in the process and highlight these to management and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external candidates, hiring managers and key stakeholders in the onboarding process (IT, Global Security, GHR)
- Coordinate effective and timely flow of critical information to all relevant parties and follow up on administrative details within or across divisions.
- Handles confidential and sensitive information
- Ensure required documentation is received and reflected in the appropriate systems
- Manage queries, issues and escalations
- Prepare and distribute standard and ad hoc reports within specified guidelines
- Experience into end to end new Hire Onboarding process for UK market preferred.
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
- Attention to detail in all aspects for work
- Strong stakeholder management (Global & Local) skills are a must
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Power point & Excel) using various functions
- Ability to learn and grasp new processes and systems.
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and work within stiff timelines.
- Strong team player
- Ability to analyses and report accurately.

- Logical Thinker
Education Specification:
- Degree qualified – a HR related degree or professional qualification is considered beneficial
- Graduate with good Academic track record.
- Experience in HR
- Fluency in English a pre-requisite.
