#### **Position Details**

• **Job Title**: Senior Factory Accounts Executive
• **Location**: Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai
• **Gender Preference**: Male candidates only
• **Age Limit**: Below 45 years
• **Working Hours**: 10 hours per day
• **Weekly Off**: Friday
  
  

#### **Responsibilities**

• **Tally ERP Management**:
• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally ERP software.
• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation.
• Generate financial reports and statements as required.
• **Billing and Dispatch Coordination**:
• Prepare invoices for goods sold and services rendered.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor stock levels and update inventory records.
• **Factory Accounting**:
• Oversee financial activities related to factory operations.
• Record production costs, raw material expenses, and other manufacturing-related transactions.
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to streamline processes.
• **Steel Industry Expertise**:
• Understand the nuances of steel manufacturing and trading.
• Handle cost accounting specific to steel products.
• Monitor pricing fluctuations and analyze their impact on profitability.
• **Odoo ERP System (Preferred)**:
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP for integrated business management.
• Utilize Odoo modules for accounting, inventory, and production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues.
• **Compliance and Auditing**:
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
• **Financial Reporting and Analysis**:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
• **Team Collaboration**:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and sales.
• Communicate effectively to address financial queries and resolve discrepancies.
  
  

#### **Qualifications and Skills**

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Relevant work experience in factory accounts and steel industry accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
