Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Accounts Executive in Kadapa. As a Accounts executive at SuperK, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to accounting

Responsibilities -

• Account payables

Stock Purchase bill entries

Purchases other than stock

Vendor payments bill checking, entering, and payments

Store owner margin calculation and reconciliation

Statutory payments, etc.

• GST

E-invoicing

E-way bill generation

HSN codes & GST rates correction

GST Return filing

• Account receivables

Payment collection & reconciliation

Franchise fees and security deposits tracking

• Statutory and Compliances

Data preparation for filing GST returns - Localbuy and Stores

TDS calculation and filing

PF/ESI/PT filing and payments

Rental agreements

• Reconciliation

Purchases & Sales

Bank & Paytm

Cash

Statutory (TDS, GST)

• Others

Managing Petty Cash

Other Operations

• Maintaining Fixed Asset Register
• Monthly P&L, MIS
