Senior Accountant - Account Receivable- Ahmedabad, India

Qatar Airways is looking for an experienced staff to join our account receivables team as Senior accountant to drive its newly established Global Business Services (GBS) operations in Ahmedabad, India.

The position will be responsible for performing account receivables activities like verifying, processing & reconciling invoices/ expenses as per company policy, procedures & guidelines.

Responsibilities

• :Raising credit/ Debit notes to AR customer
• sExecute cash application on daily basis by checking supporting documents & payment received in ban
• kAnalysis of agents sales performance versus credit limits/ securities furnished & report to team lea
• dPreparing monthly AR reconciliation
• sResponding to queries of internal & external audit
• sDocument change/ updates in SO
• PPerforming other duties as directed by Team lea

• nsBachelor’s/ Master's degree or equivalent in Commerce with relevant experien
• ceExperience in AR team of global organizati
• onMinimum 2 years relevant work experien
• cePrefer candidates from Airline indust
• ryWorking knowledge of IATA/ ICH/ ICCS/ CASS rul
• esKnowledge of oracle E
• RPGood understanding of local accounting standar
