Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Safety and Security: Safeguard the bank premises to ensure the safety of employees, customers, and assets.
• Monitor Access Points: Control and monitor access points to prevent unauthorized entry and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to emergencies and incidents, such as alarms and security breaches.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all security activities, incidents, and observations.
• Surveillance: Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols to detect and address any suspicious activities.
• Customer Assistance: Provide assistance to customers and staff, contributing to a secure and welcoming environment.
• Incident Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on any security concerns or breaches.
• Safety Protocols: Enforce and adhere to HDFC Bank’s safety and security protocols.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with other security staff to ensure effective communication and operations.
• Training and Compliance: Participate in ongoing training and compliance programs to stay updated with security practices.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience as a Security Guard is a plus.
• Education: Minimum qualification of 10th Standard / SSLC.
• Identification: Must have a valid Aadhaar Card, education proof, and PAN Card.
• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
• Skills: Strong observational skills and good communication abilities.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physical tasks related to security duties.
• Attention to Detail: High level of vigilance and attention to detail.
