Scrum Master(Remote)

Job Title: Scrum Master

Required Years of Experience: 2–4 Years

Location: Remote

We are looking for a Scrum Master with 2+ years of experience in Agile delivery, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and driving team productivity. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams, resolving impediments, and ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery of software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team follows Agile principles and Scrum practices consistently.
• Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, etc.).
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams for timely delivery.
• Coach team members on Agile practices and promote continuous improvement.
• Support project risk management and ensure quality of deliverables.

Nice to Have (Optional Skills):

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
• Exposure to Kanban, SAFe, or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and QA/testing processes.
