Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a specialization in Salesforce for a senior-level position. The role is based in Hyderabad and offers flexible employment types including remote, full-time, and part-time. Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in Agile project management and Salesforce integration.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience with Scrum methodology (Mandatory skill), demonstrating knowledge in facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Extensive experience in Agile project management (Mandatory skill) to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Deep understanding and proficiency in Salesforce integration (Mandatory skill) within complex business environments.
• Expertise in Salesforce customization, involving detailed configurations to meet specific business requirements.
• Experience in user story mapping to efficiently translate stakeholder requirements into actionable tasks.
• Skill in sprint planning for effective project management and timely delivery of tasks and goals.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills to maintain clear and effective channels with project owners and participants.
• Proficiency in backlog grooming for maintaining and prioritizing project tasks.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader for two or more Scrum teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Enable seamless Salesforce integration, customization, and deployment to meet business needs.
• Ensure effective task execution, timelines, and quality of deliverables by the team.
• Mentor team members on Agile methodologies and techniques to improve overall team performance.
• Engage in active communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine project requirements.
• Monitor project health, track and report progress, and identify potential risks and issues for timely mitigation.
