Description:
Scrum Master
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline from reputed engineering college
6-10 years of Strong hands-on knowledge & experience as a Scrum Master using Agile software development methodologies including all ceremonies, backlog management, using various tools and metrics to monitor the project progress
Solid understanding of project SDLC
Strong hands-on experience with Risk management
Strong hands-on experience with status reporting, tracking KPIs
Strong collaborator and teammate, with exceptional communication skills
Proven ability to look beyond the surface to understand root causes in building long term solutions
Experience of working with distributed teams working from multiple time zones
Negotiator, Mediator, Understand business requirements
Some experience of leading org level initiatives
Some pre-sales experience.
Understand functional and non-functional requirements
Ability to work with architects/tech leads for estimates
Ability to write RFP response
Orchestrate RFP response process
Passion for engineering – ability and keen interest to understand / learn technical aspects
Recent experience in hands-on software development will be an added advantage.
Strong and hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft teams
Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with multiple teams as scrum master
Establish working relations and collaborate with architects, product designers, product owners, engineers from client teams
Proactively and continuously evaluate and address issues / challenges faced by GL team members and support them to be successful
Support Program manager in various org level initiatives including but not limited to — talent acquisition, growth initiatives, team management, skill development etc.
Take full ownership of the initiative and deliver it end to end
Cultivate the right mindset, culture and behaviors for enabling empowered and accountable Product Teams
Contribute to establishing, enforcing and improving Software Development policies and procedures to constantly improve operational effectiveness
