In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Helping software development teams apply the Scrum framework.
- Planning results, helping teams supervise performance and resolving conflicts and removing obstacles that occur.
- Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Facilitating internal communication, effective collaboration and being the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or team members).
- Working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Reporting on iteration results as required by the Release Train Engineer and ensuring the team keeps the project management tool up to date (Azure DevOps).
- Represent the team in Scrum of Scrums and supports collaboration and communication between separate Scrum Teams.
- Supporting Planning Interval Planning through Story Point estimation and the use of the tools as required by the Release Train Engineer.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, story point estimation, backlog refinement)
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Communication, supportive leadership and good organizational skills
- At least 2 years’ Experience in a Scrum Team
- Familiarity with software development
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps
