Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Provide individualized support to students in the classroom
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Help students stay on task and engaged in their learning
- Support students with special needs in developing their social and academic skills
- Communicate regularly with the lead teacher and parents to ensure student progress
- Collaborate with other members of the school staff to create a supportive learning environment
- Attend training sessions and workshops to further develop your skills in special education
