Job Purpose/ Summary
This role will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue by creating and implementing effective demand generation strategies. He / She will lead a team of demand generation specialists and work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and target potential customers, generate leads, and nurture them through the sales funnel.

Job Description
Develop and implement zone-specific demand generation strategies, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives. - Lead and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve targets and drive performance. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and development. - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and industry associations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, initiatives, and campaigns. - Monitor and analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of demand generation activities and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
