Job Purpose/ Summary
Execute all testing & QC activities as per plan & specifications
Job Title
SBAPL_Team Member QC Testing
Job Description
Supervise and perform tests on various microbiological activities on a regular basis 2. Maintain knowledge on various testing methods and perform all manual operations on various supplies 3. Develop and maintain validation in all protocols for various environmental controls 4. Perform laboratory analysis on all materials after appropriate sterilization 5. Perform tests on component samples, identify any contamination and perform analysis for appropriate source for same and initiate corrective actions 6. Perform various culture of micro-organisms in isolation according to standard inhibition and ensure controls over moisture and temperature 7. Monitor all physiological and morphological characteristics and identify micro-organisms
Principal Accountabilities
Ensure compliance as per customer's requirement. 2. Product and process Quality check sheet adherence 3. Control of non-conforming products as per procedure 4. Raising pre alerts incase microbial risk to product and process. 5. Timely Report generation and communication to relevant parties. 6. Safe disposal
