Responsible for the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.

Job Description
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS /SOPS 1.Ensure Implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System 2.Creation and implementation of SOPs for system and operation 3. Plan, direct or coordinate quality assurance programs and formulate quality control policies. B. Product /Sample Development 1. Product develeopment process and ensuring Qualification process for product and process 2. Sample development as per buyer protocol 3.Analysis of market sample and process improvements C. Testings /Inspections 1. Ensure all tests are performed as per specified standard and analysis of all testing results 2. Ensure Inspection of raw material, incoming, in-process, & finished products and testing of product as per defined standards 3.Ensure documentation of process parameter & test results D. Monitor QC reports, customer complaints, process parameters E. Analyze customer complaints and find out root cause by using six sigma, 7QC tool. F.Lead Statistical Process Control, CAPA and Effectiveness Monitoring G.Audits and Compliances 1. Ensure compliance of all the certification requirements 2. Lead Customer Audits, Vendor Audits & Regulatory Agencies Audits H.Training and Orientations 1. Conduct training and awareness session as per the planned schedule to train people on various systems/SOPS Others 1. Development of Identififcation and traceability mechanism and optimum usage of ERP systems 2.Supplier Qualification, Assessment and Development PRograms 3. Quality improvement intiiative impacting organization's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste 4. Quality trouble shooting guidlines validation
