The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of business development specialists and achieving the company's sales targets.

Job Description
Oversee and manage a team of business development specialists, setting measurable goals and objectives to ensure team success Develop and implement effective business development strategies to capture target markets and drive revenue growth Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize target customer segments Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to proactively identify opportunities for business development Optimize lead generation campaigns, utilizing a data-driven approach to maximize results Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment Track and report on key metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall team performance
Principal Accountabilities
Lead and manage a team of business development specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations Research and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns and promotions that effectively generate leads and drive sales Utilize various marketing channels, including email, social media, events, and content marketing, to reach and engage potential customers Monitor and track campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results
