5+ years of experience in SAP ME/MII; 3+ years in SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM). At least 1 full SAP DMC implementation. Expertise in SAP DMC site setup, shop floor execution, PODs, data collection, genealogy, and integration with S/4HANA. Strong knowledge of SAP PP, QM, PM modules. Experience with IoT, cloud-based manufacturing solutions, and Industry 4.0 technologies. Excellent consulting, documentation, and business process mapping skills. Strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
Lead SAP Digital Manufacturing implementations across diverse industries. Configure and customize SAP ME/MII modules for production tracking, equipment integration, and quality management. Integrate SAP S/4HANA with MES systems for seamless operations. Develop optimized workflows to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Drive full project lifecycle: blueprinting, prototyping, testing, data migration, go-live, and post-go-live support. Conduct training workshops for end-users and IT teams. Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements. Stay updated on SAP DM innovations, IoT, and Industry 4.0 trends.
Good to have: Experience with ServiceNow and application support projects. Exposure to other MES products.
