As our new Salesforce QA Analyst, you will perform functional and automation testing for our sales and marketing systems in Salesforce. The individual will work
closely with Leads, test engineers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC, executing test iterations, tracking / reporting results, troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution.

As our new Salesforce QA Analyst, you will perform functional and automation testing for our sales and marketing systems in Salesforce. The individual will work
closely with Leads, test engineers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC, executing test iterations, tracking / reporting results, troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution.
What you will be doing:
- You will be Interact with QA manager and QA/Dev teams to develop a strong understanding of the test plan and design test scripts to perform functional/automation testing
- Should have a strong understanding of SDLC processes and the QA lifecycle/ methodology
- Perform Both functional & Automation testing of Salesforce CRM system
- Performing end to end STLC and bug life cycle
- Document, track, and escalate issues as appropriate, using JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools
- 4-8 years’ overall experience in Quality Assurance Testing, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience as Salesforce QA
- Proven experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce implementations
- 2-3 years’ experience with test automation tools and frameworks, preferably Selenium with Cucumber and good programming skills in Java and OOPS concepts
- Good to have some certification(s) in Salesforce like admin, app builder
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
